Board Advisory and Family Succession
It can often be difficult for family companies or small to medium size businesses to address issues or to resolve tension or disputes. We can assist with operational or strategic reviews on specific matters or more generally. Both Jon and Brett can also act as an independent facilitator or corporate adviser to SMEs and family businesses.
We will use our interpersonal experiences and skills to listen to the parties and constructively participate in a process of designing succession plans, family business constitutions or protocols to provide certainty.
Both Jon and Brett are available to facilitate or independently chair formal or informal meetings and conduct private and confidential meetings to assist the family members or business stakeholders resolve any impasse or structure a succession plan.
We can be retained to sit on a business or family board as an independent advisor.
All assignments will be undertaken on a fixed fee basis.
